Strategic Goals 2016-2019
Based on our current reality, and based on our view of a more productive and developed future, and with our decision made to invest the strengths and excellence of progress towards the future beyond the expected challenges, we have set our strategic objectives for the next three years:
First: Leadership development and institutional performance
- Administrative and financial system development
1.1 Development of operational systems.
1.2 Developing the Financial System.
1.3 Development of mechanisms for recruiting sources of funding.
1.4 Development and expansion of public relations, media and networking.
- Infrastructure development (building FBF’s headquarters)
- Development of the institutional environment and expansion of the training facilities and possibilities.
- Develop the internal supplies to improve the level of educational and community services.
Second: Developing the methodology and mechanisms for community services provision
- To maintain and develop the implemented programs and provided services to enhance and build the capacity of the target groups.
- To design and implement projects and to achieve diversity in the delivery of community services and improve its quality.
- To provide the necessary conditions, means and mechanisms to achieve the projects of the target groups in order to reach sustainable development.
- To encourage, motivate and support voluntary work and community initiatives led by the youth group and community mobility in East Jerusalem.
- To develop a system of active and effective participation in various international, national and community activities and contribute to carrying out community research studies (lobbying and advocacy).
- To achieve diversity of local and self-support mechanisms through pressure on local communities to contribute to their community responsibilities.
- To consolidate the rules of positive relations with civil society organizations that provide various community services at various levels.
